Ellen van Tilburg is an experienced professional in the social domain, currently serving as Beleidsadviseur WMO & Veiligheid at Gemeente Oisterwijk since February 2023, focusing on policy development and vision formation. Prior to this role, Ellen worked as Casuscoördinator Veiligheidsteam at Zorg- en Veiligheidshuis Midden-Brabant from March 2021 to January 2023, coordinating recurring cases related to structural violence. Ellen also held the position of Gezinsmanager at Gemeente Tilburg from September 2017 to January 2023, analyzing and managing complex family systems. Extensive experience at SMO Traverse from June 2009, including roles as Trajectregisseur, Woonbegeleider, and in a flexible support capacity, allowed Ellen to develop skills in client guidance and problem analysis. Ellen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and completed secondary education at Onze Lieve Vrouwelyceum.
