Stefan Staartjes is a dedicated Beleidsadviseur Sport en Cultuur at Gemeente Nijkerk since October 2012, focusing on promoting health and well-being among residents. Since 2019, Stefan has been serving as the Voorzitter of the ondernemingsraad, enhancing the work environment within the municipality. Additionally, Stefan has played a key role in the "Samen aan zet" dialogue initiative, facilitating community engagement regarding the future of Nijkerk, Hoevelaken, and Nijkerkerveen. Stefan's previous experience includes working as Kwaliteitsmedewerker Jeugd for VSG Young Professionals Network and as a Looptrainer for Loopgroep Just Run. Stefan's extensive background in societal development and sports management is supported by a bachelor's degree in Sportmanagement from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and additional qualifications as a self-employed running trainer.
