Kees van Dam is a professional with extensive experience in project management and asset management within the infrastructure and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as Kwartiermaker Portfoliomanagement at Gemeente Nijkerk since March 2023, Kees addresses the increasing complexities and demands of municipal challenges amid limited budgets and resources. As an Asset Manager and Project Leader for Sustainability and Innovation at Van Doorn since June 2017, Kees oversees maintenance management for provincial roads in Noord-Brabant. Previous roles include Project Manager at Quadraat Projectmanagement,Innovatiemanager for G-kracht BV, and Omgevingsmanager at Van Hattum Infra B.V. Kees holds a propedeuse in Civil Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences and has gained industry experience through various internships and positions from 2012 onwards.
