Elzo Baas has extensive experience in legal and planning advisory roles, currently serving as Adviseur juridisch-planalogische zaken at Gemeente Nijkerk since January 1992. Prior to this position, Elzo Baas worked as Adviseur RO zaken at NCOD in 2008. Educationally, Elzo Baas holds a degree in HBDO, VROM from HBDO bestuursacademie Zwolle/Velp, completed between 1984 and 1992, and has further education from Bestuursacademie.
