Rens Verberkt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in spatial planning and building regulations. Currently serving as an Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening at Gemeente Molenlanden since November 2021, Rens has previously held roles at BMC and Gemeente Scherpenzeel, where responsibilities included guiding spatial initiatives, drafting and executing spatial visions, and managing heritage advisory processes. Rens's expertise also encompasses building code assessment and permit processing at various municipalities, with a strong focus on enhancing procedural efficiencies and supporting new employee onboarding.
