Wendy Bijwaard is a skilled professional with a range of experience in functional management and social work. Currently serving as Functioneel beheerder at Gemeente Medemblik since December 2019, Wendy specializes in Decos JOIN, IBabs, and Kofax. Previously, Wendy worked as a Wmo consulent at OVER-gemeenten, conducting assessments to determine appropriate care solutions.
