Dagmar Alders, MSW, currently serves as a Strategisch beleidsadviseur sociaal domein and Senior Projectleider Welzijn en Sociaal Domein at Gemeente Medemblik since February 2018. Previous experience includes a role as Projectleider at MEE & de Wering, focusing on the intersection between welfare and care, and as Adviseur Bureau Bewonersondersteuning at Kern8, where support for residents and organizations was provided to enhance community participation. Dagmar has also held various positions in youth work and social support, including Jongerenwerker roles and project management, with a strong emphasis on engagement and support for volunteers and community development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
