Nadine Koning is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Adviseur HRM at Gemeente Koggenland since December 2018. In this role, Koning advises the departmental head of Governance and team leaders in areas including Policy, Project Management, Real Estate & Housing, and the Care Team. Previously, Koning held roles at Wilgaerden, including Beleidsondersteuner P&O and Projectmedewerker P&O, where responsibilities included supporting and advising on personnel policy implementation and evaluation. An educational background in Human Resource Management was obtained from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a nomination for the Raymakers van de Bruggen Scriptieprijs in 2015 for research conducted as an HR intern at Boehringer Ingelheim. Koning's career also includes various roles in administrative and support functions, including experience with municipal services and project-related HR consultancy.
