Leonie Cieremans currently serves as Teamleider Sociaal Domein at Gemeente IJsselstein since May 2022. Previously, Leonie held various leadership roles at Gemeente Amsterdam from September 2016 to May 2022, including Teamleider F-desk and Teamleider a.i. Werkgeversservicepunt (WSP) Groot-Amsterdam, along with several project lead positions. Prior experience includes working as a Jongerenadviseur dak- & thuisloze jongeren and Klantmanager within Dienst Werk en Inkomen, Gemeente Amsterdam from September 2012 to September 2016. Leonie began insights into social engagement through a volunteering experience at Agape Orphanage in 2010. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology, alongside two Bachelor's degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, and Educational Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, supplemented by high school education at Kalsbeek.
