Marella van Rijn has extensive experience in leadership and process optimization within the social domain. Currently serving as Coördinator Sociaal Domein HBEL gemeenten at Gemeente Huizen since March 2021, Marella leads a diverse team focused on achieving objectives through effective coaching and support. Previously, Marella held roles such as Scrum Master and Projectmanager, where contributions included enhancing dashboards for data analysis and implementing new processes in youth care and WMO. A background in legal advice and project management, with additional expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, enhances Marella's professional qualifications. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
