Patrick Zwerink has extensive experience in public space management, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Public Space Management at Gemeente Hengelo since February 2005. Previously, Zwerink worked as a Public Space Management System Employee at Gemeente Hellendoorn from April 2003 to February 2005. Earlier career roles include a Planner/Calculator at HALFEN, and draftsman positions at Aveco de Bondt and ARCADIS, the latter two through a detachment agency. Zwerink began professional career as a draftsman at Ingenieursbureau Bartels from February 1995 until February 1998, following military service from May 1994 to February 1995. Educational qualifications include a Middle Management certification from HBO obtained in 2010 and 2011 and a MTS degree in Road and Water Engineering.
