Charlotte Laarhuis has extensive experience in communication, currently serving as a Communicatiemedewerker at Gemeente Hengelo since June 2009, where responsibilities include communication advice, intranet management, social media, and project communication. Additionally, Charlotte held the position of Bestuurslid Communicatie for Twentse Jonge Ambtenaren from January 2012 to February 2019, organizing events and networking activities for young civil servants in Twente. Previous roles include Communicatiemedewerker at Hengelo Promotie, where Charlotte contributed to marketing and tourism efforts, and Communication Advisor for the Regional Operational Team at Veiligheidsregio Twente. Charlotte began their career as an Assistant Account Manager at Artica BV after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Hanzehogeschool Groningen in 2007.
