Sandra van der Hor is the owner of KSR Coaching & Consultancy, established in 2008, specializing as a certified external confidant addressing inappropriate behavior such as violence, harassment, bullying, integrity issues, and discrimination. In addition, Sandra serves in various roles as a certified external confidant and trainer for multiple organizations, including De Zaak Hermelink, Zakenwijzer B.V., Merlijn Training & Advies, QS Gezondheidsmanagement, BMW Voor Elkaar BV, and Active Health Group B.V., focusing on providing support and solutions for individuals experiencing unwanted behavior. As a re-integration consultant at Re-turn, Sandra assisted employees and employers in navigating work-related challenges during cancer treatment. Sandra's involvement also extends to volunteering as a member of the social domain advisory board for the municipality of Hellevoetsluis. With a robust educational background in social legislation and various certifications, Sandra is committed to fostering safer and healthier work environments.
