Marleen Ton is an experienced professional currently serving as Project Leader for the Scheidingsplein and as a Bovenregionaal Coordinator for complex divorces at Gemeente Heemskerk since July 2023. Marleen has been an entrepreneur at MI Projecten since April 2019, focusing on educational projects aimed at talent development. Previously, Marleen managed the Scheidingsplein platform at Gemeente Hollands Kroon from September 2021 to July 2023, facilitating support for individuals undergoing divorce. Marleen has extensive experience in education, including roles as a coach for students and teachers in special education and as a primary school teacher. Marleen holds a Master of Science in Orthopedagogiek & Leerproblemen from Leiden University and dual Bachelor's degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
