Horatius Runia currently serves as Informatiemanager ROT at Veiligheidsregio Fryslân since July 2022. With a longstanding career at Gemeente Harlingen beginning in November 1996 as Beleidsmedewerker Ruimtelijke Ordening, Horatius Runia has developed extensive expertise in spatial planning. Previously at Veiligheidsregio Fryslân from 2012 until November 2024, Horatius Runia held the position of Sectiemedewerker Bevolkingszorg ROT. Educational qualifications include attendance at NHL Hogeschool from 2012 to 2016 and MEAO De Bongert from 1980 to 1984, culminating in a degree from Bestuursacademie Noord Nederland, HBDO.
