Harm-Jan de Hoo currently serves as Teamleider Stedenbouw en Mobiliteit at Gemeente Leeuwarden since January 2024. In addition, Harm-Jan holds positions as a member of the Bezwarencommissie Opsterland since April 2021 and has been involved with the Gemeente Harlingen since January 2011 in various capacities related to complaints and appeals. Previously, Harm-Jan worked at Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân from September 2012 to January 2024, managing spatial planning and serving as an advisor and team manager. Harm-Jan has also contributed to Foolproof Financial Education as a board member since 2009 and has held various roles within governmental committees related to complaints and licensing. Education includes studies at AOG School of Management from 2020 to 2021 and a degree from the University of Groningen from 1998 to 2003.
