Ruud Molenkamp possesses extensive experience in municipal governance, currently serving as a Concerncontroller and Project Leader for the financial recovery plan at Gemeente Haaksbergen since January 2020. In addition to this role, Ruud Molenkamp has been active in Gemeente Oldenzaal as the Chair of the Appeals Committee since January 2015 and has held various positions in Gemeente Hengelo, including Policy Advisor for Governance and Management and Sector Manager for Social Affairs, since September 2001. Prior experience includes serving as Chair of the Appeals Committee at Gemeente Hof van Twente from 2004 to December 2014. Ruud Molenkamp holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Universiteit Twente, earned between 1983 and 1987.
