Kirsten Hoefs is an experienced professional with a strong background in architecture and public service. Currently serving as Schepen van Wegen & water, Groen en Gebouwen at Gemeente Grimbergen since January 2007, Kirsten previously held the position of Schepen van Cultuur, Jeugd en Erfgoed, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and development. As a partner at Vanaenrode Hoefs Architecten and director at architectuur en expertise hoefs, Kirsten combines professional expertise in architecture with leadership roles, including positions in various CD&V political groups. Education includes a master’s degree in architecture from Sint-Lucas Hogeschool, additional training in social media consulting, and energy consultancy.
