Amanda Kaspers has extensive experience in youth and family services, currently serving as Teamcoördinator for the team of youth directors for ages 0-27 at Gemeente Gouda since January 2021. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a team coordinator at Sociaal team 0-100 Gouda West and as a youth and family worker at Sociaal team Gouda, demonstrating a strong commitment to social work. Amanda's career began with foundational roles at Stek Jeugdhulp and Bureau Jeugdzorg Haaglanden/Zuid-Holland, focusing on intake and coordination of social services for families. Amanda also completed an internship at Politie Rotterdam-Rijnmond in policy and administrative affairs.
