Rinco de Gier has an extensive background in finance and control, currently serving as Afdelingshoofd Concern at Gemeente Goes since January 2019. Prior experience includes managerial roles at DNWG from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing financial operations for the Zeeland DELTA Network Group. Rinco held various financial leadership positions at DELTA NV and its subsidiaries from 2000 to 2013, including Groepscontroller and Senior Controller, and began a career at Eastman Chemical Company as an assistant controller from 1995 to 2000. Academic qualifications include studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam between 2002 and 2007, alongside education at HZ University of Applied Sciences.
