Ruby's career also includes roles as a specialist in environmental matters at several municipalities and as a permit issuer specialized in agrarian regulations. With a degree in Environmental Science from Avans University of Applied Sciences, Ruby combines technical expertise with a commitment to social approaches in sustainability.
