Anne De Rouw is an experienced trainee and advisor currently engaged with Gemeente Enschede as a trainee beleidsadviseur evenementen since May 2024, and with Twentse Kracht since September 2023. Previous roles include work with Gemeente Almelo in a program team focused on social and vital initiatives, and a senior position at Makro Nederland. Anne also has diverse experiences through internships and leadership roles in various organizations, including AEGEE-Groningen and CBS Ravelijn. Academically, Anne holds a Master’s degree in Population Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography & Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Groningen, complemented by ongoing education in primary education at Hanze and a minor from Lund University.
