Currently serving as Eigenaar for both DOOR and doorLeef, Frank emphasizes holistic human well-being while providing guidance for personal challenges. A diverse range of leadership roles across various municipalities and organizations includes Teamleider for Gemeente Veendam and Gemeente Groningen, Projectleider for Gemeente Eemsdelta, and managerial positions focusing on green management. Frank's educational background includes a Master of Public Management from the University of Twente and a Bachelor's in Nature and Landscape Technology from Van Hall Larenstein University, complemented by training in shamanism and experience with autism.
