Dylan Kamoen is an experienced project leader and information manager with a focus on information provision and change management. Currently serving as I-projectleider for Gemeente Coevorden since September 2022, Dylan leads various projects within the municipality. Additionally, as an I-adviseur, support is provided to multiple departments regarding information strategies and application lifecycle management. Currently, Dylan is also an adoption coach for the new case system implementation at Gemeente Overbetuwe. Previous roles include operational management at IenPM and Mozard BV, and significant contributions as an information manager at municipalities such as Midden-Drenthe and Molenwaard, where innovative solutions were implemented to enhance service delivery and achieve substantial cost savings. Dylan holds a BBE degree in Urban Design from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and several certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master.
