Sieka Geldof is an experienced senior advisor and project leader specializing in public service development and coaching. Currently serving as Interim Senior Advisor for KCC/Burgerzaken at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since January 2023, Sieka focuses on strategic planning for the advancement of KCC and Burgerzaken. With a robust background that includes roles at various municipalities, such as Gemeente Hoeksche Waard and Gemeente Krimpenerwaard, Sieka has led multiple projects that emphasize service quality improvement and team development. As the owner of an advisory firm since July 2018, Sieka has provided interim leadership and consultancy services across several municipalities.
