Tom Van Ranst has extensive experience in healthcare and local governance. Currently serving as Schepen for seniors, welfare and health, local economy, and citizen affairs in Gemeente Bornem since February 2022, Tom also holds a position as a nurse at Altrio Thuisverpleging since September 2021. Previously, Tom worked as hoofdverpleger and regioverantwoordelijke at OTV in Gemeente Bornem from January 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading a home nursing team and ensuring high-quality patient service. Tom's educational background includes training from the paramedische instituut Mechelen.
