Rissa Cremers is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience in land matters and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Land Matters for the Gemeente Nijmegen on the project Lybrae since November 2024. Rissa has held various advisory roles in multiple municipalities, including as an advisor for the Gemeente Waalre on project Opregt B.V. and as a legal advisor for Gemeente Lingewaard and Gemeente Gennep. Additional expertise includes senior advising at RCR Juridisch Advies since February 2012, focusing on the assessment of general terms and contracts, and an advisory position at Kluwer in construction law. Rissa's educational background includes a master’s degree in Dutch law from Radboud University and a master's in rights from Université Robert Schuman.
