Lidy Noorman is an experienced coach and advisor specializing in community participation and energy transition initiatives. Since October 2019, Lidy has worked with Gemeente Almelo and has also been involved with Provincie Overijssel and Twentse Noabers, providing support for local initiatives in Overijssel aiming to foster engaging and sustainable neighborhoods. As an initiator, founder, and advisor for Twentse Noabers since January 2016, Lidy promotes citizen initiatives grounded in principles of equality, solidarity, and trust. Lidy's extensive background includes project leadership roles, public speaking engagements, and participation in the Ledenraad of Menzis. Education includes various certifications in coaching and counseling, demonstrating a strong commitment to social and community development.
