Arjan Reefman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, social domain project management, and expertise in social security. Currently serving at Gemeente Almelo since November 2007 in various roles, including Werkgeversadviseur en Loonwaarde deskundige (gecertificeerd) and Projectleider Sociaal Domein, Arjan has demonstrated leadership and coordination skills. Additionally, Arjan holds the position of Secretary at Stichting Topsport Promotion Taekwondo Oude Luttikhuis since 2014 and serves as an external expert in HRM and P&A at Saxion Academie mens en arbeid since June 2012. Arjan completed a degree in Economisch Juridisch from Saxion University of Applied Sciences between 1987 and 1992 and obtained a HAVO diploma from Erasmus Almelo from 1981 to 1987.
