Elsje Miedema is an experienced jurist specializing in IT law and privacy regulations, currently serving as a jurist for Linidos since May 2013, while concurrently providing legal advice and representation to the MKB sector. Since January 2018, Miedema has held jurist positions with the municipalities of Tytsjerksteradiel and Achtkarspelen. Previous roles include contributions to contract management and legal quality assurance with 8KTD, as well as involvement with RVO Innovatie at the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Miedema's extensive experience encompasses project leadership in environmental law, collaborative intermunicipal work, and legal advisory roles across various municipalities. Educational qualifications include bachelor's degrees in Dutch law from Utrecht University and Social Legal Services from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
