Frank Maernitz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting complex systems across various companies. Currently serving as Senior IT-Service Manager PKI at gematik GmbH since May 2023, Frank previously held the role of IT-Systemmanager at DKB | Deutsche Kreditbank AG from June 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, Frank worked at Redknee as Lead Technical Support Expert Level 3 for BSS Charging&Care systems and as Service Senior for Charging, Billing and Care Systems at NSN from 2006 to March 2013, specializing in Level 3 support for Siemens/NSN systems. Frank’s career began at Siemens, where roles included Service Senior for Intelligent Networks and Technical Project Manager for telecommunication systems, contributing significantly to commissioning and testing efforts from 1990 to 2006.
