Jared Wadsworth has had a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jared started their career at xpedx in 1999 as a Programmer / Administrator. Jared then moved on to Symantec in 2000, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer until 2004. After that, they joined Coverity as a Senior Staff Application Engineer and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined MongoDB, Inc. as a Technical Services Engineer and left in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Mixmax as a Technical Support Engineer. Currently, they are working at Gem as a Technical Support Engineer since 2021.

Jared Wadsworth attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign but did not receive a degree. Jared also studied at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, but it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study.
