Manuel Mendoza is an experienced professional in the innovation and entrepreneurship sectors, currently serving as an Open Innovation Consultant at GELLIFY since January 2024. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Wayra, where responsibilities involved startup management and event coordination, and Business Development Specialist at Storware, focusing on strategic alliances and market analysis. Manuel has also contributed as an MBA Intern at Le Village by CA Parma, Economic Inclusion Specialist at HIAS, and Academic Innovation Coordinator at Zegel, where a business incubator was created. As Innovation Coordinator at the Centro de Innovación y Desarrollo Emprendedor-PUCP, Manuel developed open innovation strategies. Leadership experience includes serving as Chapter Director for Startup Grind and FuckUp Nights in Maputo, as well as founding Biggi, a startup incubation initiative. Manuel holds an MBA in Digital Transformation & Big Data from POLIMI Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico.
