Erin Gray, SPHR, GPHR, currently serves as Managing Partner and Head of Human Capital at Geller, starting in May 2024, and has been a member of Chief since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Erin held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dorilton Capital from December 2018 to May 2024, where the focus was on partnering with management to enhance business value across various industries. Erin also served as VP of Human Resources at Sequential Brands Group, where the emphasis was on aligning HR strategies following acquisitions, and at CLEAR, where a robust people strategy was developed for a high-growth technology firm. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in human resources at BR Guest, Villa Enterprises Management, and Landry's, where skills in operational management and training were honed across diverse sectors. Erin holds a BSBA in Business, Marketing, and Mass Communications from the University of South Dakota.
