Caíque Carvalho da Silva is a Senior Project Engineer at GELITA since October 2020, responsible for electrical and automation projects within the manufacturing unit, and previously served as a Project Engineer and Maintenance Engineer, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement initiatives for critical equipment.
