Patrick Kokoruda, MHA, CCSL, currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Access Management/Contact Center at Geisinger, a position held since September 2019, having previously held the title of Associate Vice President of Patient Contact Center. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Children's Mercy Hospital from February 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Contact Center's operations. Earlier in the career, Patrick held supervisory roles in contact center operations at the American Academy of Family Physicians and Asurion. Patrick's educational background includes a Cerner Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a Master of Health Administration from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University.
