Nicholas Coleman, MBA, is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Associate Vice President at Geisinger since July 2024, following a tenure as Administrator at WellSpan Health from December 2021 to July 2024. Nicholas has a robust background in healthcare operations, having held key positions at Geisinger from 2011 to 2021, including System Operations Director overseeing trauma, transplant, plastics, and urology, as well as Operations Manager for Anesthesia. In addition to operational roles, Nicholas has been a Board Member at the Ronald McDonald House of Danville Inc since April 2018 and has contributed to enhancing quality and efficiency in patient care through various innovation initiatives. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Scranton.
