Michelle Lagasse has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michelle began their career at Times Record News as an Advertising Representative/Telemarketer in 1992. In 1993, they joined Sun Journal as a Classified Advertising/Telemarketing specialist and later transitioned to the role of Advertising & Promotions Coordinator/Account Assistant. In 1997, Lagasse moved to Geiger, where they initially served as a Circulation Coordinator, responsible for planning and organizing direct mail campaigns and managing customer files. Michelle also contributed to sales reporting and assisted with shopping Ads on Google. Lagasse then took up the role of Business System Analyst/Project Manager at Geiger, where they provided support to the Ecommerce team in executing tasks to drive online business growth.

Michelle Lagasse attended the University of Maine from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising.
