Karim Lotfy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and education. Currently serving as the Head of Agile Practices at Geidea since January 2022, Karim leads the development of a global team of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches while defining the organization’s agile transformation strategy. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Geidea and Senior Scrum Master at Fawry Integrated Systems. Additionally, Karim contributes as a Corporate Trainer at Skills Bank and as a part-time instructor and educational content developer at The American University in Cairo, specializing in project management and crisis management. Karim holds an MBA in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management and has a rich background in project and Agile management from various esteemed organizations.
