Patrick Peak is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and site reliability, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering for Site Reliability Engineering - Digital Experiences at GEICO since January 2024. Prior roles include Senior Director of Software Engineering at Capital One, where significant achievements included a successful transition to serverless cloud technology and modernization of the ATM fleet, resulting in substantial cost savings and enhanced software release frequency. Patrick has also held leadership positions at U.S. News & World Report, nclud, and BrowserMedia, managing web development teams and spearheading major projects in responsive design and product development. Earlier military experience as a Captain in the Virginia Army National Guard and as a Tank/Scout Platoon Leader in the US Army further underscores a strong background in leadership and operational management. Patrick holds a BS in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
