Cindy Tejeda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resources planning and management. Currently serving as a Senior Water Resources Planner at GEI Consultants, Inc. since April 2024, Tejeda also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Native Forest Resources, Inc., where sustainable forestry principles are employed based on Traditional Ecological Knowledge. Prior to these roles, Tejeda spent over 15 years with the US Army Corps of Engineers, holding various positions including Watershed & Floodplain Program Manager at the South Pacific Division and Senior Water Resources Planner in both the Sacramento and San Francisco Districts. Tejeda's expertise includes comprehensive watershed planning, flood risk management, and ecosystem restoration, with notable leadership in several high-profile projects. Tejeda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resources and Conservation from the University of California, Berkeley.
