Rana Strellis serves as the Chief Corporate Marketing and Communications Officer at GE HealthCare since April 2024, previously founding and leading Rvision Consulting from 2022 to March 2024, focusing on business culture transformation and communication strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where Strellis was the SVP of Global Culture, Communications, CSR, and Stakeholder Insights, driving a patient-centric organizational culture, and at Baxalta as SVP, Global Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, where Strellis established critical functions in a newly spun-off company. Strellis' career began at Baxter International, progressing through various marketing and human resources leadership roles, ultimately influencing branding and strategic direction. Strellis earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
