Alycia Good is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Global Learning and Development Coordinator at GE HealthCare since June 2024, Alycia previously held the role of Talent Experience Program Manager at Smartsheet from January 2022 to May 2024, managing diverse talent organization projects and fostering partnerships for recruitment. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Academic and Career Services at UWGIX, where Alycia led strategic projects and executed career development programs, and University Program Manager at Katerra, establishing a university recruiting program. Alycia also contributed significantly to student services at the University of Washington Information School, and managed hiring and recruitment processes at Lenati. Alycia holds a Master of Education degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Gonzaga University.
