Paolo Cola started their work experience in 2016 as a Stagista Ingegneria at ALTO S.R.L., where they were responsible for analyzing the data collection system and advancing production. Paolo also worked on cost analysis for non-quality issues and implemented the company's method. During this time, they completed their master's thesis in business engineering. In 2017, Paolo joined Gefran as a Production Engineer, where they currently hold a position.

Paolo Cola's education history includes obtaining a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale from the Università degli Studi di Brescia, which they completed between 2011 and 2015. Paolo then pursued a Laurea Magistrale in the same field at the same university from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they attended Ipma Italy and earned a Master in Project Management. Prior to their university studies, Paolo completed their Maturità Scientifica at Liceo Leonardo Da Vinci in Brescia between 2006 and 2011.
