Hayley Kirkpatrick has extensive experience in customer and membership management within the sports industry. Currently serving as Head of Customer for Geelong Cats since April 2022, Hayley previously held the position of Head of Consumer Products at Sydney Swans Ltd from November 2020 to December 2021. Hayley's earlier roles at the Australian Football League include Continuous Improvement Manager and Membership Club Support Manager, where responsibilities included strategic analysis and operational excellence across membership cycles. Additionally, Hayley's career includes roles at IMG Sports Technology Group, Bally Total Fitness, Hockey Australia, and Chicago Rush Arena Football, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Victoria University.
