James Spence is a design manager and associate at Gensler, with extensive experience in studio operations since September 2016. Additionally, James serves as a quizmaster for Geeks Who Drink, hosting live trivia events in Dallas since February 2018. As a co-founder of Porter & Page from December 2018 to January 2022, James provided personalized planning and managed client interactions, marketing, and website maintenance. Prior roles include DFW ambassador at Sofar Sounds, editor-in-chief at FilmKnurd, and senior visualization coordinator at GFF. James holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, and earlier work experience includes administrative assistance at the university and various roles in customer service and safety.
