Nguyen Tien Anh, also known as Aidan, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GEEK Up since March 2024. Previously, Aidan held the same title at Dikshatek from July 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included proactive talent sourcing, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and advising clients on recruitment strategies. Aidan began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Talentvis from November 2021 to July 2022, overseeing comprehensive recruitment processes. Prior experience includes leading the TalentHunt team at Glints from March 2020 to November 2021, focusing on candidate evaluation and engagement. Aidan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Public Management at the University of Economics and Law, expected to graduate in 2024, and holds a High School Diploma in Mathematics from Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted.
