Mike Gates is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Hospitality Recruiter at Gecko Hospitality since May 2015, Mike has leveraged a strong foundation in the industry, having begun as a busboy, server, and prep cook. Prior to this role, Mike worked as the Executive Chef at Three One Three Catering from June 2000 to December 2014, specializing in wine and food pairing for various functions in Aspen, CO. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Colorado State University, completed in 1993.
