Michelle Hollander is an experienced executive recruiter currently working with Gecko Hospitality since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held various managerial positions at Pairings Bistro from May 2015 to October 2021 and served as Administrative Operations Manager and Catering Manager at DMH Restaurants from July 2005 to May 2015, where significant contributions included co-founding a restaurant and managing administrative functions. Michelle's career began at Hooters of America, advancing from service staff to Regional Training Manager and Corporate Trainer over a decade. Additional experience includes roles as Sales/Admissions Director at North Penn Convalescent Center and multiple positions at Normandy Farms Estates. Michelle has completed coursework towards Hospitality Management at Montgomery County Community College and earned a Food Service Management Certificate from the University of North Dakota.
