Pascal Lehmler has experience working in various roles within different companies. From November 2014 to March 2016, they worked as a Project Engineer at Landesbetrieb Liegenschafts- und Baubetreuung. In September 2016, they joined Geberit as a Product Manager and was responsible for project management, market analysis, and the development of product and marketing strategies. In April 2021, they transitioned to the role of Head of Projects at Geberit and held this position until December 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head of Product Management & Head of Industrial Prefabrication at Geberit, starting from January 2023.

Pascal Lehmler completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Energie-, Gebäude- und Umwelttechnik at FH Münster from 2011 to 2014. Pascal then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in Technisches Management in der Gebäudetechnik at the same university from 2014 to 2016.
